2025 Highlights

Note: this is just the highlight reel. Every year has its share of challenges, too.

I’ll always remember 2025 as the year I became a mother. I could maybe stop this post right there. I’m surprised by how much I enjoyed being pregnant, and I am still in awe of mine and Rahul’s beautiful little creature every day.

Work

It feels odd to type up this section while on parental leave: what is this “work” you speak of??? In any case:

  • 2025 was my first year as a people manager; I’m the Group Product Manager leading the core product at Webflow, alongside my design and engineering partners.
  • I also made my first couple hires!
  • We made the entire GSAP library free and shipped the foundations of our new Interactions feature, replatformed on GSAP.
  • My team members and their collaborators shipped tons of great updates enabling people to design and build inspiring websites on Webflow: from code components to new styling capabilities to Shared Library improvements and enhancement of the overall design UX.

Looking forward to pushing our vision for designing on Webflow further in 2026!

Favorite books

I read 57 books in 2025, so roughly the same scale of reading as 2024. Here’s a few good books:

Favorite movies

I watched 58 films in 2025. I’mn noticing it was a pretty decent year for quality horror movies. Some new watches I enjoyed or appreciated:

2026 theme

My word for 2026 is “wonder”. I want to show my daughter—and remind myself—that the world is a vibrant, magical place.

Pollyanna-but-earnest vibes incoming…

So much feels uncertain and scary right now, but beauty and connection persist. Each of us always has the power to alleviate suffering and create joy in our communities—no matter what the cynical and cruel politicians would like us to believe. Let’s continue to show up for one another and savor the year ahead. 💫
