• Finished knitting my second pair of socks ever, ones with flowers around the cuff
• Finally learned how to use my yarn ball winder and swift, which was actually pretty easy, fast, and fun
• Selected a color palette, ordered and washed fabric for the Granny Core Quilt in the baby size
• Attended my first live session of Sophie McPike’s Scribble Brigade and it was lovely 💖 Parallel play makes everything more fun

🧙🏻‍♀️ Side quests

Attended my second Fiber Flock Fest with a friend! The vibes are so good: everyone’s just happy to be enjoying their hobbies together, and I love seeing folks proudly parading around in their me-made knitwear.

• Acquired a Switch 2 and promptly kicked my husband’s butt in Mario Kart World
• Attended a wedding at Thornewood Castle, one of the filming locations for The Haunting of Bly Manor
• Went down a rabbit hole of Obsidian nerdery
