Learning Log, Oct 2025
Our first child turned a month old during October! We are solidly living in the baby time vortex. What hour is it? What day is it? Who knows!
Apart from the endless eat / 💩 / sleep cycle, I’ve been:
- Spending time with my parents, who came to visit their grandchild
- Going on family neighborhood walks to gaze at fall foliage
- Watching all the spooky movies. I was really into Weapons (2025), and found The Substance (2024) to be simultaneously disgusting, heartbreaking, visually arresting, and at times humorous???
- Hyperfixating on Obsidian vault as just one part of postpartum nesting. Clean and organize all the things! 💥
