Weeknotes #21: coming to you from rainy Florida
- Auto Layout in Figma is a revelation! I must’ve spent hours of my life in the past futzing with rectangles in Illustrator every time I changed some text or added a new element to a component. I want this feature in every program (just imagining now how much time it would save me in PowerPoint).
- Work this week found me executing on a new-to-me user research task. I found it interesting that every iteration of the task took me 20 minutes less than the previous; usually getting better and more efficient at something new takes awhile, so it was interesting to note such a tight progress loop.
- Added “How to Do Nothing” to my highlights collection.
